Since almost 150 years Rivolier from France is not only a famous manufacturer of firearms, but also a maker of fine police restraints. They are especially known for their high security models with internal tumbler locks. Our Polish products are from Kel-Met.

Like all Rivolier restraints these handcuffs are made of aluminium except of the movable bows and the chain. So they are quite light. This model can be fast and easily double locked by push buttons on the sides, situated where the tumbler lock is on the high security handcuffs. To unlock a double locked cuff, the key has to be used. Model 2008 is the follower of model 2003 (see below). The double lock buttons are now convex and easier to activate by finger pressure. Moreover the lock security has been enhanced. Optically they differ from their forerunner not only by the shape of the buttons but also by the button's and chain link's black colour.
Rivolier also produce a single lock model and a police training-model (blue), which we both do not have in stock. But if you are interested in these restraints, we would be happy to obtain them for you - price and delivery period on request.

This is Rivolier's high security model made of aluminium and steel (movable bows, chain). The double lock is activated by tumbler locks, which makes this restraint literally unpickable. To open a double locked cuff, you have to use the tumbler lock key first and then the "normal" key. This is a must for everyone who sets a high value on security!

These aluminum and steel leg irons (non swing through) are the counterpart to the 03045 handcuffs shown above. It's also a high security model with internal tumbler locks for activating the double lock. To open a double locked cuff, you have to use the tumbler lock key first and then the "normal" key. The bows' width is about 1 cm, so they are quite comfortable even if worn on naked skin. The chain is 40 cm long.

A new manufacturer from Poland appeared on the market and brought us a very well made model of quality handcuffs. These nickel plated restraints with the unsusual twisted connection chain can be securely double locked by small push buttons which are activated by use of the key-pin. To unlock the double lock, the key has to be turned against opening direction. The key is smaller than the normal western standard handcuff key, so better don't mix them up. The Polish key handle has an unusual shape, which helps to prevent mixing-up.

Disposable single strap cuff. This restraint is placed upon the suspect's wrists / forearms. It has one separate loop for each wrist and is made of plastic. The strap is only 80 mm wide, so they cut the flesh more than comparable models from other countries. This item can only be used once. To remove it from the suspect it has to be cut off by use of a strong cutter. We offer the restraints in black and white and you can also get a fitting cutter from us.
