These nickel plated handcuffs are made by Carl Walther GmbH, the manufacturer of James Bond's famous service pistol "Walther PPK". They are produced in close collaboration with Smith & Wesson, USA. Therefore they are very similar to Smith & Wesson's own restraints. The double lock is activated by inserting the key-pin into the slot and pushing a little lever in direction of the keyhole. To unlock this double lock you must turn the key against opening direction first.

This 5 cm broad prisoner transport belt is made of two layers thick black leather. Between these layers are steel wires for even more security. The belt fits waists from 51 cm to 127 cm. To secure the restraint a pair of handcuffs (not included) has to be put through the big loop. Please consider to only use handcuffs with chain connection for this purpose, like e.g. Clejuso No. 11 or 12. Moreover the handcuffs should not be thicker than 3.5 cm, otherwise they cannot be moved through the loop.
